Embroidery: 7-14 working days
everything is custom and based on stitch count and degree of difficulty, production time may vary
rush service available for an additional charge

None for screen-printing and embroidery – we are happy to help you. Quantity varies for type of promotional product.

Absolutely - we can ship anywhere in the lower 48.

No, unfortunately we can not accept returns after the item is personalized.

Unfortunately it is difficult to remove a monogram; however, if you remove the monogram, we will try our best to embroider over that area.
